The nine winning designs from the Rio Tinto Global Design Competition went on show at the StyleLab jewelry suite at the 2012 Oscars. Top stylists and Hollywood elite visited the suite to select pieces to wear on the red carpet. Celebrities who tried out the winning designs included Marcia Gay Harden, Allison Janney, Tabatha Coffey and Barbara Eve Harris.
After viewing the Oscar Suite, Allison Janney chose the “Nature’s Beauty” cuff which featured Silvermist Diamonds; Tabatha Coffey wore the “Sands of Time” cuff bracelet, also featuring Silvermist Diamonds; and Barbara Eve Harris stunned the crowd in “The World of Champagne” earrings on the red carpet.
